Meet Rebecca Donohue
Rebecca Donohue, LPN, CPD, DCS
Healthcare Coordinator/Provider
With a lifelong passion for healthcare and helping others, Rebecca has dedicated her career to supporting individuals and families through every stage of aging and care. Her journey began at a young age working in a retirement home as a dietary aide, where she first discovered the importance of compassion, connection, and dignity in caregiving.
From there, she advanced into the role of nursing assistant before earning her licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Over the years, she has gained extensive clinical experience in subacute rehabilitation, hospice care, geriatrics, and dementia care. These experiences have strengthened not only her clinical knowledge, but also her ability to provide emotional support and guidance during some of life’s most challenging moments.
In addition to hands-on patient care, she brings strong skills in resident evaluations, family and community liaison support, relationship building, and healthcare marketing. She prides herself on creating meaningful connections with residents, families, and interdisciplinary teams while advocating compassionate, person-centered care.
Her mission has always been simple: to make a positive difference in the lives of others by providing comfort, education, support, and understanding. She believes healthcare is not just about treating a condition — it’s about caring for the whole person and helping families feel supported throughout their journey.
Whether working directly with people, educating families about aging, or building relationships within the healthcare community, she remains committed to leading with empathy, professionalism, and heart.
Although Rebecca has a strong work ethic and passion for helping others, she maintains an incredible desire to make time for her family and friends, with her four children Jake, Kacey, Alexis and Molly at the top of her list.
