Chiropractic Visit Without Insurance: $40

Platinum 1-Year Membership: $50 Monthly

Hormonal Enhancement (Progesterone, Estrogen, or Testosterone): Ranges from $50-285/month

Total Health Plan (4, 6 or 12 Month Membership): $125/month

Hormonal + Weight Loss Plan (Starting at $450 Monthly for 4 Months)
